Shawn Brandson from Promenade Bistro and Fort Gibraltor

Shawn Brandson has been in the food and beverage and management industry since 1984. He has held management positions in restaurants such as Victors, Le Beaujolais and the Velvet Glove. Most recently for nine years he owned Provence Bistro and managed the food and beverage at Niakwa Country Club.
Currently he is the owner of Promenade Cafe and Wine Corp as well as Gibraltar Dining Corporation (the exclusive caterer at Fort Gibraltar).
Shawn has a passion for wine and has taught many seminars on the topic as well as hosting Grapes to Glass show on City TV. His new found passion is organic coffees and loose leaf teas.
